Clean Teeth, Happy Heart: A Printable Toothbrushing Tracker

Start the new month off on the right track with our free printable toothbrushing calendar! This handy calendar is designed to help kids and adults alike stay on top of their daily oral hygiene routine. Each day of the month has space for you to stamp or check off when you brushed your teeth in the morning and at night.

​

To use the calendar, simply print it out and hang it in a visible location like your bathroom. Each day, stamp or check off the appropriate box when you brush your teeth in the morning and at night. At the end of the month, you'll have a clear record of your toothbrushing habits, and you'll be able to see how you're doing overall.

Additionally, tips, fun facts and a reminder to floss is added to the calendar to make it interactive and engaging. To make it more interactive and fun you can also include a small reward system on a completion of a month or week with a stamp or a sticker.
